I do not believe this video is genuine. There is no way a real aircraft could take off like that.
Just some trick superimposition.

POSSIBLE

This is actually a common trick used by bush pilots in Canada and Alaska. They use lightweight planes and those big, bouncy innertube looking tires to land on rough fields, beaches, and sandbars. You need to have a short takeoff because quite often there are trees you will have to clear almost immediately. I personally haven't seen one this short but I have seen some similar actions before.
