Havok Physics Engine

Just how much did the graphics engines evolve? Well, Havok presents their proprietary engine Havok FX which creates real 3D movement in-game without any work from the programmers. Just .. wow.

Half-Life 2 ... you now have a contestant.

Comments for Havok Physics Engine

Wow!

Damn, that's awesome. The way those textures react is just so unbelievably realistic. Can't wait for whatever game first uses this engine.

Indeed

Yup, looks like you're right, according to IGN ( http://games.ign.com/articles/402/402601p1.html ) Half-Life 2 is using Havok indeed. My bad.

http://www.google.com/search?q=euphoria+game+engine

or vids all over the net... seems to be a common mistake tho as the youtube vids show. however check out gametrailors or the number one result on google.

it is euphoria

http://www.naturalmotion.com/euphoria.htm

from http://ps3.gamespy.com/playstation-3/indiana-jones-untitled-next-gen-project/708013p1.html

"LucasArts is also combining DMM with a new bio-mechanical AI system called Euphoria. For the first time ever it will allow game characters to move, act and think independently based on what they have been taught. I saw a brief demo of the work-in-progress Indiana Jones game the PS3 and 360 which was sporting both DMM and Euphoria and the NPCs really did act differently to situations every single time."

or simply search google for "euphoria game engine"... although endorphin does seem to be their newest engine.
