Instant Freezing Soda

Take a bottle of soda and cool it down to a temperature around -7C. When you open it will freeze instantly.

This demonstrates the principle of freezing point decompression.

Concept Error

This is not based on freezing point depression solely, if any. If you do the math of freezing point depression and Henry's Law the amount of carbon dioxide does not mess.
