Please tell me how does it grow. It can't just grow out of nothing

I have long not only accepted that the Earth has grown a large amount over the millenia; and has swelled up like a large ball of dough. Thus contributing to splitting the continents apart.

The bi-directional cracks under the
ocean also appear to support this theory; more than tectonice plate movement alone slippingunder each other could have done.
There is also the fact that a smaller planet would have a slightly lower gravitational pull and therefore large large dinasaurs might have wieghed less and some of the terradactyls could have flown quite easily.

the question is has some of the enlargement been contributed by any passing very large meteors crashing into the earth and adding ot it's volume (and perhaps water content [ice comets]); the questionh is will itcontinue to grow; and if it does will it eventually burst; or will gravity prevent that as the centre of the earthe eventually cools off.

One thing is for sure; I have never seen a reason to doubt that the Earth has grown maybe 10% over the past 250 million years.
